make new material widgets and css accessible

You detected absolute correctly how to include your set into app. I just thinking about the name convention. I though to use name vis-material for the other project from Uhula. And I am a bit surprised, that your set has only 2 widgets.... Do you want to expand your set with other widgets from Uhula? If not, I would like that you will take other name for your widgets and I will implement vis-material with Uhula stuff.... Or you will do that :)

I'm happy to change the name, but maybe much more easy for other users to use the material design when we integrate everything together.

I included the css from Uhula in my widgets, now I do not need to add them in the vis-project any more. Happy to share everything with Uhula and you.
