As requested I removed the info lines and left the warn and error lines and put everything in code brackets (ctrl+e). DECT is not present in my household, WiFi is on a different band and the microwave is seldomely used. My cold starts include a complete power removal of the pi and therefore the CC2531 for at least 5 minutes. After that it 100% of the time works, but right now only for a maximum of an hour, probably less. A reflashing of the CC2531 coordinator firmware (newest from kkoenk) was just a few weeks ago. and that helped at max for a few days.

Could you explain what I have to do when I get my new CC2538 in order to get back up and running please?

And I am still curious as to why the CC2531 fails. Seems like software but I don't know where in the stack and how to debug it.
