Command failed #51

I am using the latest version with an Aeotec Stick. I have noticed that the following commands fail:

"Find neighbors": message unknown command
click on "update neighbors" for the device: message in the log is Command has failed

The second point is device specific, some of them do not recognize the command as it seems (which is strange as standardized). But the first one (the button find neighbors) should work I guess.

@AlCalzone see PR to fix this find neighbors. It actually doesn't exist globally, only per node and is also called differently (getNodeNeighbors).
