Redirect holoviews traffic to its own domain #1

Google hasn't yet figured out that the Holoviews documentation has moved domains, so search results point to the wrong location, e.g. http://ioam.github.io/holoviews/Tutorials/Exploring_Data

You can set up URL redirection with GitHub pages which should help to fix this.

Oh thanks, I googled for this for ages but couldn't find a good solution. Currently we're just redirecting the top level traffic to ioam.github.io/holoviews. Will look into it soon.
