Weird "disabled" behavior under new Mac #148

When running with new M2 Mac (currently Ventura) Eureka starts "disabled": the title bar is greyed out, and the open dialogs don't work, until I do something like full screen or move Spaces around. Need to fix that somehow.

Seems solved since I fixed a double-launch problem.
