Create application control Panel integrated with chatGPT #227

The application need to have a control panel from wich a user can control and create automations for application. This control panel page will be instead of home page. Name: Patients Management Board.

This page should start by entering patientID, or patient name or patient dob, just like the picture from below:

Uix code will be provided only for this page. The panel should not have a galssomorphism effect. Please change the background to white.

Buttons explained:

  1. View Summary - When the user clicks on this button or when the user hits the Enter Key based on the patientID, Name or DOB the application has to get all the informations related with the PatiendID established in the relations functionality. The information has to be displayed in the same page with smooth transition and the posibility to go back to the search page. Please refer to #228 !!!!!
  2. The Attachments button should be able to identify the patient name, patient id or DOB from a document. - TBD
  3. The Picture button should be able to recognize the patient name, patientid or DOB from an ID. - TBD

The help icon should be a tooltip when the user is with mouse over it that describes what is this functionality doing.

There are some modifications to do:

  1. Add a raised shadow to the search text
