Handle CloudService bootstrapping error #54

This is tricky to show an error dialog since it needs a handle on an Activity. 
For some reason in the Titanium integration, the Activity passed in blows up 
when trying to display the message

Need to investigate this on iPhone as well, but this one is much cleaner so 
there may not be an issue here

Getting an foreground Activity instance is not possible in this service layer.

Without that a dialog cannot popped up.
