Custom Patient Doesn't Clear Input #21

Clicking the custom button or setting the drop down to custom should clear out the inputs to make way for a custom patient. After the integration with mosaic this is not working as expected users need to clear out the inputs on their own which is not ideal.

This only happens on the first time loading.
