Currently it is not clear to the user that the new patient is being loaded when one is selected from the edit/add patient. Also for testing it would be easier if testers could just specify an ID for the target and toggle through without putting their own terms and genes.
[x] Show loading when new patient is currently being loaded
[x] Allow user to leave the gene/phenotype field blank on patient edit/add (if blank will just default to what is in the csv for that id)
