The build parameter is not being passed from staging to gene, so GRCh38 launches aren't working right now (for any tracks)
Every 3rd analyses or so, VEP fork error (when pointed at nv-green or nv-blue). Guessing we have ghost processes that need hunting down. Not sure nv-purple will be good solution to this since not always a memory issue
