No allele counts in Nebula #1000

The advanced gene.iobio mode in Nebula shows the inheritance, but there are no allele counts. In prod gene, if you run without the cram, you still get these, so why don't we see them in Nebula?

I looked on https://stage.nebulagene.iobio.io/?mode=advanced, and the allele counts do show. (See screen shots below). I wonder if this is a problem with an older version of gene.iobio or if for some reason, this was a single sample, not a trio. But then, it doesn't make sense that you saw inheritance...
