Gene search #295

Isn't available on the GTR page, but is on Phenolyzer. Should this be present on both and in the top panel rather than a separate card?

I have moved it in the "Gene Name" column header in the GTR based on the discussion in last week's Iobio meeting. Should it be in the same position in phenolyzer?

Ok, I see it on GTR. Yes, I think it should be in the same place in Phenolyzer. If the wheel in Phenolyzer is moved up to the top (as in GTR), then the only card to the right would be to search on genes, and this would seem peculiar on its own.

If we move the phenolyzer wheel to the top, and Gene search inside the table, should I move the top genes selection in the right sidebar?

I think we could look at losing the right side bar in Phenolyzer. If there isn't any real content to go there, there is no reason to waste the horizontal space.

  1. Moved the Phenolyzer wheel in the same place as GTR
  2. Gene search added in the data table.
  3. Gene selection made inline in the phenolyzer wheel.
