Need consistent way to select max number of genes on GTR, Phenolyzer, and Summary. #307

It looks like the edit icon on the Phenolyzer page is allowing this 'max genes' selected, but I don't see it on the other tabs. Also, It wasn't obvious that the edit glyph here would allow me to set the max genes selected. I think we may need another cue for the user to know how to set this.
