You can add a single HPO term and get the associated genes, but you can't add a list of terms. For example, I have four HPO terms (list and ids at the bottom), and want to generate a gene list. I have to add this as a clinical note which results in 6 HPO terms. I then have to manually choose the four that I entered. I should be able to enter all four terms (or the ids) as a list and get only the matching HPO terms preselected.
