New app - pedigree app #3

  1. App takes as input a ped file or bam and vcf files.
  2. The pedigree is read from the ped or defined by the user.
  3. Check supplied genders and relationship information.
  4. Output a modified ped that include bam and vcf URLs that can be read into gene.iobio and maybe other apps.
