Refactor Zoom Data Flow #32

The charts need to have a more unified zoom data flow that allows each to independently contribute via their own callback to the selectedArea that they all inherit.

Completed this the data flow is now allowing each chart to update the selectArea, in addition the focus variant updates the selectedArea when changed at the parent level.
