Add working wheel to home page #38

Particularly when adding a vcf file from GNomEx, there can be a bit of a delay from selecting the reference genome, and the "Load" button being activated. Can we add the working animation so that we know something is going on?

Yep. This is a good idea.

In addition, if I launch vcf.iobio from GNomEx, I add the reference and it resets. I then have to select the reference a second time before I can click "Go".

We should probably fix this prior to the UGP study.
