Add a summary table of statistics

Add summary table of stats:

• [x] Nr of samples, volume sampled (% of total sampled)
• [x] Nr of sequence reads, ASVs,...
• [x] Nr of species + % of total known in the Everglades
• [x] Nr of fish, mammal and reptile species + % of total known fish, mammal and reptile species in the Everglades
• [x] Nr of threatened species + % of total known threatened species in the Everglades
• [ ] Nr of dark taxa minus Nr of species in the Everglades that lack a sequence in reference libraries = potential unreported for the Everglades or undescribed species (new to science).
• [x] Bring iconic species with images to the top. Add English/French vernacular name.
• [x] Add vernacular names to species list (add least English).

The tree is really really nice, but very technical.

Regarding the number of dark taxa minus known species, this will require OTU clustering at some predefined cutoff and I'm not sure that can be done within the time frame we have (@SSuominen1 ?). It's also going to be a very rough calculation with a potentially negative result. I'm assuing this will be done for a specific group (vertebrates or fish) and single marker.

Summary statistics are pushed from R to the report, but will need to rerun after cleanup of dubious identifications.
