Thanks @SeritavdW! Would you mind fixing the following minor issues before I merge?

Please remove .Rhistory.
It would be good if you could reduce the number of decimals a bit in footprintWKT.

You should be able to update this PR by just adding another commit in your branch.

Hi Pieter. If I did it correctly, you should be able to see the corrections I made and the new example for the ENV-DATA in dataformat.md. I added a new .png file for the ENV-DATA in images.

@SeritavdW Can you please remove the image from this pull request (remove locally, commit, and push)? It has already been uploaded to master via GitHub which causes a merge conflict. Thanks!
