support 3D mapping? #165

Depth is an important dimension in our data, and 3D graphics technology is at a stage that it can be integrated in our products fairly easily. The demo below visualizes 600K points using vector tiles and WebGL.

Great! what we may really want is a 3D capability to go and see the occurrences under the water
