It seems that at least some orphaned datasets on the secretariat IPT have coordinate uncertainty values in the coordinatePrecision field. I assume this is a remnant of the old OBIS schema which only had coordinate precision (of which the definition corresponds to coordinateUncertaintyInMeters): http://old.iobis.org/node/304 This should be corrected in the IPT but also in any datasets that have already been migrated.
