Orphan Datasets on GBIF #206

Randomly came across this, but there seems to be some orphan datasets from OBIS nodes on GBIF. Some of them seem to be fixed, but there are that are still orphaned.

OBIS-USA [cc @sformel-usgs] will work on The Deepwater Program dataset!
