There seems to be an issue with the Black Sea IPT and the datasets it hosts. http://gp.sea.gov.ua:8082/ipt/ The page won't open...
The datasets can still be downloaded via the mapper but they can't be reached via the URL provided (eg this one: https://obis.org/dataset/443fde8d-61ca-47d6-8246-1c150d5e6166).
