Current remarks for scientificName field

Valid scientific name based on the scientificNameID or derived by matching the provided scientificName with WoRMS

Perhaps clearer wording on how scientificName with WoRMS was obtained? https://github.com/gbif/pipelines/issues/217#issuecomment-1697130698
