oh gosh, not again ... My mail box is flooded with many GitHub issues which when I randomly checked, are datasets that are already in OBIS https://obis.org/dataset/8c5103cf-25f9-45a2-9cfc-ba0a158cfedb but from different endpoint. There are more of these GitHub issues than the datasets that are not in OBIS yet.

Are these from EurOBIS? What happened to publish once harvest many times?

Apologies @ymgan, I'll see what I can do. It would help if EurOBIS would point to the original dataset when they republish these datasets, for example in alternative identifiers or external data. In some cases I can probably use the DOI.

Regarding "publish once", we started the conversation with EurOBIS and MBA.
