MeasurementOrFacts analysis notebook

Overview

This PR aims to bring a MeasurementOrFacts Analysis, including but not limited to:

exploring the cover distribution on Feather Boa Kelps
analyzing whether different substrates had any effect on the cover distribution, etc

I wanted to implement a Gantt chart to explore the time range of records for each dataset but couldn't implement it because the data was not appropriately dressed as per a particular date format. Cleaning it might demand more effort than the outcome of the analysis.
I will try to create a whole new analysis on correlation between different parameters and substrate in another notebook, including a geometry-based analysis to keep this notebook light and focused.
