frigate/restart please implement these function #33

Hello,

i have somethimes the problem that my coral TPU for the Detection stucks/freezes ... so frigate is not working anymore :(

On the frigate page they show the possibility that frigate can be restarted via Mqtt.

Can please somebody implement these function? That would be perfect. Or did i not found that function in the Iobroker Instance and it is already possible?
