Reachable Flag for Lamps #585

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be great to have the "reachable flag" for Hue lamps. This shows if a lamp has power.

Describe the solution you'd like Flag "reachable with possible states true or false.

Describe alternatives you've considered There is actual no alternative except Hue-Extended Adapter

Sorry, next time I will look in more detail before I raise an Issue :-)
