Video has artifacts #674

Describe the bug
When a video is recorded via ring adapter, movement in a video is creating artifacts and therefor the moved object is not visible at all. ffmpeg is not generating any artifacts in other rtsp stream to mp4 files.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Event is tracked video is created video is played

Expected behavior
Video should not have huge artifacts

Same Problem.

Adapter version: v5.0.10 JS-Controller version: 5.0.19 Node version: v18.17.1 Operating system: Debian (Raspbian)

Same Problem, by the video recording the cpu load increase up to 99%. Tested on Pi4, Wyse 5070 ( Intel J5005) and Windows Gaming PC.

Adapter version: v5.0.10 JS-Controller version: 5.0.19 Node version: v18.19.0 Operating system: Debian/Windows
