Increase default timeout
In case of ECONNABORTED, try continue with update cycle Fixes #709

Shouldn't this better be handeled in the node-unifi project?

Maybe. I'm not familiar how responsibilities are designed in these projects. Though a timeout is some kind of an error. node-unifi would either have to retry indefinitely or throw an error at some point. At that point we would again be in a situation, where the caller would have to deal with that error.

Feel free to reject this, if you prefer a different solution. This just seemed to work for me and I thought I could share that.
