Remove hyphenation at end of lines in ioccc.css #2276

In other words we won't see text like:

... See also the IOCCC FAQ for ad-
ditional information on the IOCCC.

As I am not sure of the formatting of comments and the organisation of the different html elements it might be that the CSS for 'p' might need new comments or it might need to be moved to another section in the file (which I believe but do not know).

I tested this on the web server. Perhaps you'll need to move it but this is how to do it it seems.

I have a busy day so I'll get to the comments probably tomorrow as I have things I want to do in between the things I must do.

Yes @xexyl, but the addition was performed in the MIT browser normalization section of the ioccc.css. We think it needs to be moved.
