I streamlined the build scheme a bit to be able to compile it all in one go using catkin_make_isolated --install. In the process I added missing dependencies and fixed a few bugs in the build files (I think). Please check yourself if you find this useful. This is an attempt to make this easier releaseable as a Ubuntu package eventually.
