SPI doesn't come up unless logic analyser is attached #6

I'm not sure of the reason, but I seem to have trouble with the ADC SPI interface not coming up when my logic analyser isn't attached. I suspect we might need to add some termination resistors somewhere. To be investigated further.

Will close this. I think it was due to the Teensy not being properly seated. I verified that /CS was a bit dicky with the logic analyser, but reseating the Teensy sorted the problem.
