Create a detail page for each municipality #3

The url should be somthing like https://ioconto.org/istat/istatId It would be good to have also https://ioconto.org/region/province/city for seo purposes

There's already a branch feature/router where thw vue-router is implemented, so branch from there or work directly on that one

The page should report the same info displayed in the map infoboxplus a small map on the right with neighbourhood municipalities We'll ad then here some graphs taken from other chart.ioconto.org web site
