Consider to use jinja2 to render templates #43

This would avoid the need for gulp and nunjucks
jinja2 and nunjucks are almost completely compatible

Test with https://pypi.python.org/pypi/jinja2-cli/0.4.3. Current blocking points:

no support for toml
command line parse is a little buggy

A new release with all we need is there: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/jinja2-cli/0.5.0

We just have to use it.
