Create a package on obs

• [x] Pick draft from cloud
• [x] Test first build
• [ ] Define correct value in generated .ini
• [ ] Pre-Test locally if it works
  • [ ] install locally with zypper
  • [ ] adapt values in *.ini files
  • [ ] branch local geoportal.xyz on new wsgi
  • [ ] check if working ( remove local python_path in vhosts )
• [ ] on obs create a dedicated subproject geoportalxyz
• [ ] Link subproject to d:l:p3 and Application:Geo (beware of order)
• [ ] Trigger a rebuild each time dependency change (check if it works)
• [ ] Improve spec with _service file for version and git commit

Improvement

• [ ] split chsdi/static/doc/ to -doc package
• [ ] split chsdi/static/images/maki to -maki ? Should be keep them ?
• [ ] Allow several infrastructure ?
• [ ] Add sample for vhosts
• [ ] Make a better description & summary
