@paulineobps I'll see if I can track down the RFP. I assumed the "always appear" part meant that we'll keep the pop up the same visually just have it appear for every visit to the website instead of the current behavior of only on the first visit.

@paulineobps If the goal is to have it appear every time I don't recommend using a timer or anything like that and allowing the user to click out of it.
