We're still lacking insight on implementation realities and constraints in mid- and lower-capacity nations/settings and "Global South" settings?

Can we think of more effective ways to gather input?

@SnaggyD @CorinneBassin-SOI raised that cloud approaches and shipping data to compute is a key aspect of this, and many nations have skipped over the local compute / solutions step. It's not necessarily a region-specific compute issue, but more about the capacity of the workforce in a region to access distributed services and regulatory frameworks to allow their use.
