During our regular Omic BON meeting, @ndavieshi raised the case of (meta)data about samples that have yet to be taken.

The GeOMe use case in the iSamples RCN has / had such (meta)data for Island Sampling Day.

Exposing such planned actions (sampling, cruises, etc ) can be very useful for planning ans coordination (e.g. capacity sharing )

@fils @jmckenna I think we can leverage the Event and potentialAction semantics to map out such activities.

OBON can be the link from the GeOMe use case to the ODIS world
