Ensure identifier array is present in Organization #166

In talks with POGO the ability to link identifiers is important.

So ensure that the https://schema.org/identifier is expressed as an array to allow links across SeaDataNet etc.

and ensure the selection of https://schema.org/member or https://schema.org/memberOf

Related to this we need to see how "partners" would be included. Again related to Oceanscape Pogo
