131 new sub pattern methodological documents #169

@cmunozmas and I are meeting now to add a tag to this pattern to associate records with the Ocean Practices Federated Network (OPFN), a network being seeded by the OBPS.

The goal is to identify OPFN content across generic methodological content.

@cmunozmas and I are also preparing to expand this PR to include methodological sub-patterns for other types, as a method may be contained in an image, a video, an audio recording, etc. This will necessitate a standardised "methodology" or "method" tag in all these patterns, to allow cross-type indexing and discovery.

For the moment, we will complete the digital document sub-pattern, and then expand as the ODIS-Arch pattern syntax is normalised (see https://github.com/iodepo/odis-arch/pull/226)
