clarify use of type: ResearchProject vs type: Project

• some partners use type: Project and some partners use its sub-type ResearchProject
• the ODIS Book (and the templates in the repository) use type ResearchProject
• we need to clarify when to use either type (is one preferred over the other), and what should be stored in the ODIS graph

• some partners use type: Project and some partners use its sub-type ResearchProject

Both are of course valid, Project is likely to always be correct, while ResearchProject requires greater precision and curation provider side .

• the ODIS Book (and the templates in the repository) use type ResearchProject

@fils this should be kept, but as a subcase of Project - let's queue this for our next hackathon.

Both should be possible.
