@jmckenna as this makes some updates in the config folder I wanted you to review and approve.
I've removed the header from the sources files you maintain and made a simple prefix file and then a Makefile to generate the full production and dev final configs. This provides us one file to maintain for the non-source related items in the configs. This will also help in the future when the gleaner and nabu config meld together, which is planned in the GleanerIO work.
The Makefile generated files, along with the new Nabu config, are placed in the gleanerio directory.
This will be the official config files then for the generation of the workflow code.
