An opportunity to show what ODIS graph products and perhaps dashboard facets can do:
The OE SG would like a way to find out who is using OE and who isn't.
If we can set a cron job to scan the ODIS graph for all @Person and @Organization types and then report on which ones have OE identifiers, where the gaps are, etc, then we have a regular report that IODE would consume.
We can also find out if any of those types have values that match OE accounts, but which the ODIS node hasn't linked to these.
