Connect WIO Symphony Products as ODIS node

@EdSacre I have generated a sitemap using your wiosym repo, pointing to your output_geotiffs folder (the sitemap contains 100 records). You can use these scripts if they are helpful:

We have now submitted an ODIS catalogue entry: https://catalogue.odis.org/view/3290. The sitemap references json-ld files for both the tool itself and the data layers.
