Brief

AquaDocs is now the repository for documents linked to the UN Ocean Decade.
Their submission flow requests metadata to associate a document with a) the Decade and b) the specific Action

@arnounesco to check if this metadata is exported / exportable
ODIS team to specify how that metadata should be shaped in schema.org/JSON-LD exports
