if you meant a pattern in general (rather than for EOVs), there are a bunch here

Is the purpose here to create a json-ld snippet, like what's presented at https://book.oceaninfohub.org/thematics/variables/index.html, but for fish EOVs?

Yes - a specification that can go into the GOOS EOV sheet

you can contribute ideas here, or in the PR/branch we'll link to this issue
