INVEMAR to create ODISCat entry for their multiple endpoints

• INVEMAR has 5 different endpoints of type sitegraph (documents, experts, institutions, training, vessels), and one in development (platformgeo)
• currently the OIH team maintains the endpoint urls manually through a YAML config file
• INVEMAR team should instead create a new entry in ODISCat
  • INVEMAR team today stated that they prefer to maintain one entry in ODISCat, that points to all of those services
• however, ODISCat does not currently allow a user to add multiple sitemap or sitegraph entries in a single record
• speaking with @fils today, we agreed that ODISCat should allow multiple sitemap or sitegraph entries
• a new issue will be filed to enhance ODISCat

@jmckenna is there an example in ODISCat now with multiple entries I can try? Sounds like Ocean Explorer is this?

I'll need to modify the config building code, but that should be rather trivial.
