sample dataset record, with valid JSON-LD
sitemap.xml link seems to exist, but gives an odd response

@pbuttigieg no contact point exists (no email thread started either). Both Lucy & PeterP are asking for progress, but it seems nobody has a contact. Can you ask around for contact person?
