handle invalid geometry

• initially triggered by Box coordinates such as -12 130.1 -12 130.3 (sample record)
• the indexer now will check if valid geometry, and if not then generate valid geom
• also then checks if geometry is a lineString, and if yes it performs a buffer, so that a polygon is generated
